1. What is a Mini-Guide?

A mini-guide is a short, special report written for the “non-expert” that explains in detail how to solve some specific computer problem. All of our mini-guides are available in a electronic file format such as Adobe PDF. (It is an “Instant Download” document that you get and use immediately!)

2. I don’t have a credit card. How else can I pay for my mini-guide?

You can mail a check or money order made out to “CLRCOM Computer Services” for the price of the guide the address below:

Once we receive your payment, I will email you a copy of the mini-guide.

3. Can I get my mini-guide in hard copy, or only as an e-document?

At this stage our mini-guides are only available as an e-manual. In order to read the downloaded manual you will need to have Acrobat Reader on your computer. You can download a copy of Acrobat Reader for free by going to www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html and following the prompts. Once you have downloaded the e-manual you can print it out if you prefer to read a hard copy rather than reading it on-screen.

4. How secure is PayPal?

PayPal is the internet’s largest on-line financial services center for electronic products. The following information about their security is from their website.

“As a fraud-prevention measure, we will send an email confirmation for every online payment that you make with PayPal. If you receive email confirmation of a transaction that you did not approve, contact us and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue. You will not be responsible for the charges.”

“When you purchase goods online with PayPal, your transactions are covered by our Buyer Complaint Policy. If we find the complaint in your favor, the amount of the payment, if available from the seller, will be transferred back to your account.”
